Before your treatment...
Please shower on the day of your appointment.
A good tip is to gently exfoliate and moisturise the area 2-3 days before your treatment.
During your treatment...
When I am waxing, only a clean spatula gets dipped into the wax pot, a new spatula is used for the next application of wax. Strictly no 'double dipping' This ensures there are no bits of you or any other client in my wax.
I sanitise my hands and my equipment before and after each treatment. I use a new pair of disposable, none latex gloves with each new client. The salon bed is dressed with new couch roll for each client and fully sanitised after each treatment.
The 24 hours after your wax
Avoid sun, deodorant, really hot showers/baths, chlorinated pools, gym/exercise classes.
No saunas, hot tubs, steam treatments or tanning (sunbeds, sunbathing or fake tans).
After 2 days gently exfoliate the area and keep it moisturised, this will also help minimise ingrown hairs.
Note: You may find you have some redness or small bumps immediately after your treatment, do not worry this is common. These symptoms should subside after 24-48 hours. If you have concerns however, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Book your appointment
Choose the treatment you would like and the date and time suitable for you. I work by appointment only, therefore booking in advance is strongly advised.
Once booked you will receive confirmation of your appointment. Appointment reminders are also sent out 48hrs before your appointment is due.
If booking in HelloHenna Brows please book a patch test no more than 24-48hrs before treatment.

Where possible if you are wanting to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the treatment booked.
Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment booked.
Time and care is taken to prepare for your treatment and an allocated amount of time is booked exclusively for your treatment. If upon arrival you choose to shorten or change your treatment, the original booking will be charged. If you are wanting to amend your treatment, please do this no less than 24 hours before.
